The Melia Costa del Sol is a large, modern complex located on the Playa Bajondillo on the Costa del Sol, 500 metres from lively Torremolinos. The 540 guestrooms, over 10 floors, feature simple, modern decor, colourful fabrics, and wood and iron furniture. All include balconies, air conditioning, direct dial phones, satellite television, wireless Internet access, desks, safes and minibars. Bathrooms have hair dryers and makeup mirrors. Driving Directions

Taxis are readily available from the Arrivals terminal and cost approximately 14 EUR to the hotel. Alternatively trains run to Torremolinos station, 500 metres from the hotel. Guests are strongly advised to hire a car in order to explore the surrounding areas of the Costa del Sol, because public transport is limited and taxis are expensive and difficult to find.
Driving directions: From the airport follow directions for Torremolinos town centre. Once there follow signs for Bajondillo Playa (beach).
