The H10 Timanfaya Palace is a modern holiday complex blending Hispanic and Arabic styles overlooking the sea in the traditional marine town of Playa Blanca, 40 kilometres from the Lanzarote capital, Arrecife. This five storey hotel features 305 modern, air conditioned guestrooms, all of which open onto furnished balconies and provide safes, minibars and cable television; full ensuite bathrooms also include hair dryers and complimentary toiletries.
Two freshwater swimming pools (one heated) are surrounded by a cocktail bar, a solarium terrace with sunbeds and parasols, an open air jetted tub and a separate area for nudists. Snacks and drinks served on the garden terrace beside the pool. In the hall is the Tahiche Piano Bar, which has a cocktail menu and live piano entertainment. In the Timanfaya Palace Restaurant a buffet of regional and international cuisine is served in a bright, relaxed setting. Fitness enthusiasts can keep in shape in the gymnasium and relax in the sauna or massage treatment room. Entertainments include darts, pool, a cards room, chessboards and a sport centre with tennis, archery, mini golf, shooting and table tennis, as well as a diving centre. There is also a mini club and separate swimming pool for kids. Other amenities include an Internet Corner, a beauty salon, a library and a boutique, parking is complimentary and multilingual staff are on hand around the clock to offer information on exploring the area. Local attractions include Papagayo Beaches (5 kilometres), El Golfo bay (10 kilometres) and Timanfaya National Park (12 kilometres). Lanazarote Airport (LZT) is 30 minutes by car, 35 kilometres from the hotel.
