A modern hotel in central Madrid, the wine themed Hotel El Prado is located 150 metres from botanic gardens and a host of art galleries and museums. The 48 guestrooms are named after regional vintages and feature lemon d�cor with wood panelling; all include air conditioning, cable television, minibars, dial up Internet connections and safes.
In keeping with the hotel's theme, guests are presented with a book about Spanish and regional vintage wines on arrival. Taxis are available from the airport and the blue airport bus departs every 15 minutes for the underground bus terminal at Plaza de Col�n in central Madrid.
